Hello, I’m Eri Ito

Practitioner of Acupuncture, Shiatsu & Chinese Herbal Medicine

(BSc Hons, PDip)

At Chemin Holistique, treatments are always personalised and holistic. My aim is to support balance, ease, and resilience in everyday life.

“Every step towards balance — no matter how small — is part of the healing journey.”

Treatments at a Glance

Tailored Care

Needles, herbs, or hands — whichever path you choose, the aim is the same: helping you feel more grounded, balanced, and human again.

  • Holistic (Holistique): Healing goes beyond treating symptoms. It’s about caring for the whole person — body, mind, heart, and spirit.

  • Path (Chemin): Health is a journey, not a destination. Each step, big or small, matters.

Together, the name reflects my philosophy: supporting you on your own path towards harmony, vitality, and joy.

A Holistic Perspective

Caring for the whole person; often, people notice unexpected benefits (like finally sleeping better after coming in “just” for neck tension).

Preventative Care

Building resilience before illness arises.

* Important Note:

Traditional East Asian Medicine is a supportive, holistic approach. It can be used alongside conventional medical care, but it is not a replacement for medical treatment.
