Training, Practice & Clinical Approach
At Chemin Holistique, my sessions are personalised and holistic.
My aim is to explore the underlying patterns that contribute to imbalance, and to support your overall wellbeing by caring for the physical, emotional and mental aspects of health — within the scope of Traditional East Asian Medicine.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (UK), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Northern College of Acupuncture (UK).
University-level training in Chinese medicine — including both acupuncture and herbal medicine — remains uncommon across Europe. Even within the UK, where educational standards are among the highest in the Western world, it is rare to find practitioners who hold both qualifications and combine them with long-term clinical experience in manual therapies.
Alongside my academic training, I have over 10 years of clinical practice in Shiatsu, trained in both Japan and the UK, and I continue to deepen my work through ongoing professional development.
I believe that symptoms are not random, but expressions of deeper patterns.
My role is to help you recognise and gently re-balance these patterns, so that your body can move closer to its natural state of harmony.
My work sits at the meeting point of clinical practice, classical East Asian philosophy, emotional understanding and embodied awareness — an integrative approach that respects both the science and the subtleties of the human experience.
Drawing on classical theory, careful observation, herbal formulation, acupuncture, and hands-on assessment — sometimes complemented by modern research — I offer individualised support to accompany you towards greater balance in your body, mind and inner life.
My Roots and Journey
I was born and raised in a small village in Niigata, northwest Japan, surrounded by the sea, mountains, and rice fields.
After twenty vibrant years in London, I’ve begun a new chapter in the quiet town of Baule, France, where I am opening Chemin Holistique — a space to bring Traditional East Asian Medicine into everyday life.
“Every step towards balance — no matter how small — is part of the healing journey.”
