Each consultation is shaped to support what you are experiencing now, while gently working toward deeper balance.

First steps: ease and support

When you come into my practice, my first priority is to help you feel comfortable and supported.

 

Whether you are experiencing physical pain, emotional stress, or mental tension, I use acupuncture, Shiatsu, and Chinese herbal care to bring gentle relief and ease.

Care often begins by calming what feels most immediate, allowing the body and nervous system to soften.

Looking deeper: understanding patterns

Beyond easing symptoms, I look at the underlying patterns that contribute to imbalance.

 

This may include exploring emotional states, constitutional tendencies, or suggesting small, practical shifts in daily habits.

Over time, this awareness can help you recognise changes earlier, recover more smoothly, and maintain balance for longer.

Living with ongoing conditions

For long-term or recurring concerns, I offer steady, supportive care that attends to both the body and the emotional landscape.

The aim is not only to manage symptoms, but to help you move through daily life with more comfort, clarity, and resilience.

This approach is intended to support wellbeing and balance and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

In Traditional East Asian Medicine, imbalance is understood not only through symptoms, but through the deeper patterns beneath them.

By tending both the root and the branches, we create the conditions for the whole system to regain steadiness and ease.

Harmony is not a fixed state.

 

It shifts with the seasons of life — within the body, emotions, and mind.

 

Care begins in these subtle places, supporting balance before it drifts too far, or gently guiding it back when it does.

This is the holistic path we walk together: rooted, attentive, and grounded in the quiet wisdom of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

Clarifying direction

Conversation and reflection help clarify patterns and direction.

Acupuncture and Shiatsu can support movement and regulation, often creating important shifts.

For these changes to settle and endure, the body also needs ongoing internal support, and daily life gradually begins to move in a new direction.

Supporting internal regulation

Chinese herbal medicine plays a central role in my work.

By nourishing and regulating the internal environment — Qi, Blood, and Organ systems — herbs support the body in integrating change gradually over time.

Anchoring change internally

Lifestyle factors such as diet, movement, rest, rhythm of life, and seasonal awareness all influence how the body responds to care.

In the same way, habitual ways of thinking — including emotional orientation, personal beliefs, and unconscious patterns — shape the conditions in which balance can take root.

Living balance day by day

For this reason, lasting improvement often involves small, realistic adjustments in daily life, along with gentle shifts in mental and emotional patterns, made gradually and with awareness.

The name Chemin Holistique reflects how I understand healing — as a gradual, personal journey.

Healing is more than easing symptoms.

It includes caring for the whole person — body, mind, heart, and spirit — and recognising how these aspects influence one another.

Path (Chemin)

Health is not a destination, but an ongoing process.

Each step, whether small or significant, has value, and progress often unfolds gradually over time.

Together, these ideas shape my philosophy — supporting you in finding your own path toward harmony, vitality, and ease.
