Heaviness & Congestion Patterns
“A sense of heaviness, fogginess, or blockage”
These patterns tend to develop gradually over time, reflecting how the body processes and transforms fluids and nourishment.
Phlegm–Dampness

Gentle movement to support circulation and transformation
-
Creating regular eating patterns and daily rhythms
-
Supporting digestion and internal clarity over time
When symptoms become more intense

A sense of pressure rising to the head
-
Dizziness or vertigo
-
Nausea or vomiting
-
A flushed or heated feeling
👉 These episodes often occur when stress, tension, or internal pressure builds up and is suddenly released
