How Booking Works
To support safe, clear, and well-prepared care, all bookings are reviewed before confirmation.
This page explains what happens after you send a booking request.

Choose your service
Online booking:
Please choose the service that best matches what you would like support with. If you are new to Chemin Holistique, please book an initial session first.
If you are unsure where to start, you can book a free 20-minute introductory call for an informal conversation about which service may be most suitable for you.
Email or social media enquiries:
If you are not sure which service is most suitable, you are welcome to contact me before booking. I can help you choose the most appropriate option.
02.
Send a booking request
You can send a booking request through the online booking system, by text message, or by email.
03.
Receive the next steps by email
After your booking request has been reviewed, I will email you with the next steps.
For first appointments, this may include the relevant information and consent form.
04.
Payment, where required
In-person acupuncture and Shiatsu sessions can usually be paid at the clinic.
Online consultations and prepaid packages require payment in advance by payment link.
06.
Confirmation
Your appointment, online consultation, or package is confirmed once the relevant confirmation and/or payment steps have been completed.
05.
Before your appointment
Please complete any required forms before your appointment.
If there are any important changes in your health, medication, or wellbeing, please let me know before your session.
07.
Changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
You can change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
After this time, online changes may no longer be available. Please contact me directly if something urgent comes up.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a partial or full session fee.
