What is Chair Shiatsu?
Chair Shiatsu is a form of Japanese acupressure massage performed while you sit comfortably in a specially designed ergonomic massage chair.
Using rhythmic pressure, gentle stretches and traditional Shiatsu techniques, the treatment focuses on areas where everyday tension commonly accumulates — particularly the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands.
Unlike traditional Shiatsu, which is usually performed on a futon, Chair Shiatsu offers a convenient way to enjoy the benefits of therapeutic touch in a shorter session.
No need to undress or use oils.
Simply sit back, relax and enjoy a moment for yourself.
