Spleen
— transformation & transportation
The Spleen transforms food and transports nutrients and fluids. When weakened, this process may become less efficient, contributing to bloating, heaviness and fluid accumulation.
Stomach
— digestion & downward Qi movement
The Stomach receives food and directs Qi downwards. When this movement is disrupted, food and Qi may stagnate, causing fullness, bloating, belching or reflux.
Liver
—smooth flow of Qi
The Liver regulates the smooth movement of Qi. Stress and emotional tension may disrupt this flow, affecting digestion and contributing to abdominal tightness and bloating.
