Service Description
Please note: This care plan is available to existing clients only. If you are new to Chemin Holistique, please book an initial acupuncture session first. This care plan includes three acupuncture follow-up sessions to be used within eight weeks. Acupuncture follow-up sessions usually last around 1 hour. The care plan price is €180, instead of €210 when the three sessions are booked separately. This option is suitable for clients who would like a short period of regular acupuncture care and already know that they would like to continue after their initial session. After your booking request has been reviewed, you will receive a payment link for the full care plan fee. The care plan is confirmed once payment has been received. Please request the first session through this booking page. The remaining two appointments can then be arranged together, ideally during your first care plan session. Please note that the online booking page may display a standard one-hour appointment length. This is the expected duration of each acupuncture follow-up session. At each appointment, we will review how you are feeling and adapt the session according to your current presentation and individual needs. This care plan is for acupuncture only. It does not include Shiatsu, Chinese herbal consultations, or herbal formulas. If another form of care may be appropriate, this will be discussed separately. All sessions are offered as complementary wellbeing care. They do not replace medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or care from your doctor or another healthcare professional.
Booking & Practice Policy
Please read this before requesting an appointment. All bookings are reviewed manually. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. Online booking requests close 24 hours before the appointment time. For same-day or short-notice enquiries, please contact me by email or text message. Payment for in-person sessions is made at the beginning of the appointment by cash, card, or bank transfer, unless you are booking a package. Packaged Care: Packaged care is confirmed once payment has been received in advance. A 3-session package includes three acupuncture or Shiatsu follow-up sessions to be used within 8 weeks from the first appointment. Please request your first package appointment through the online booking system. The remaining sessions can ideally be arranged together during your first appointment. Packages are for one person only and cannot be transferred to another person. Once the first session has taken place, packages are generally non-refundable. Missed appointments or late cancellations may count as one of the package sessions. You can change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours before your appointment time. After this time, please contact me directly. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a partial or full session fee. Please arrive no earlier than 5–10 minutes before your appointment. I do not have a waiting area. If you arrive late, I may not be able to extend your session. The full session fee still applies, even if the treatment time is shortened. Please let me know before your session if there have been any significant changes to your health, medication, pregnancy status, injuries, surgery, or ongoing medical care. If you feel unwell, especially with a fever, contagious illness, or infection, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.
