A free 20-minute call to help you find the right starting point for your care
Service Description
Not sure where to start? This free 20-minute informal call gives us a chance to briefly talk about what you would like support with, answer any initial questions, and see whether the care I offer feels like a good fit for you. It is not a full consultation or treatment session — just a simple first conversation to help you find the right starting point. This introductory call takes place by video call. If a video call is not possible for you, please let me know and we can arrange a telephone call instead.
Booking & Practice Policy
Booking requests are reviewed before confirmation. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. For first appointments, the relevant information and consent form will be sent by email after your booking request has been reviewed. Please complete it before your appointment. For online herbal consultations, the consent form and tongue photo guidance will be sent by email after your booking request has been reviewed. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours before the session. For changes within 24 hours, please contact me directly. Late cancellations or missed appointments may still be charged. For online consultations and prepaid packages, payment is required in advance. Your booking or package is confirmed once payment has been received. If you are unwell, have a fever, infection, or any important change in your health, please contact me before your appointment so we can decide whether the session should go ahead. For safety and comfort, please arrive on time. If you arrive late, the session may still need to finish at the scheduled time.
